Bakery On Main~Your GFCF source for all things Granola!

There is this adorable little place in Connecticut that has dedicated itself to providing healthy granola to the gluten free community: Bakery On Main. They have grown into a 26,000 sqft facility that promises gluten free granola certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization (http://www.gfco.org) and also is casein/dairy free, non GMO, Kosher and completely all natural. Their granolas are packed full of tasty, unsulfured dried fruits, healthy fats from a variety of the finest whole nuts and canola oil, an excellent vegetarian source of protein and lots of fiber. The products they offer are Granolas, Fiber Power Granolas, Granola Bars, and Soft & Chewy Granola Bars. Also in a press release it is reported that the U.S. Pro Cycling Team includes Bakery on Main Granola as part of their gluten free diet as a way to improve performance by reducing inflammation. All of their products are readily available online for order at Bakery On Main . I must say their prices are very reasonable for such a high quality gluten free product, they sometimes offer free shipping, and if you like their stuff you can join their club to receive coupons, recipes and special offers. One thing I thought was adorable is they have a gift set that includes: 1 eco -friendly reusable Bakery on Main tote bag, 1.5 oz. granola snack packs of their Apple Raisin Walnut, Nutty Cranberry Maple and Extreme Fruit & Nut flavors, 2 oz. Fiber Power Granola snacks packs in Triple Berry and Cinammon Raisin, and 1.2 oz. granola bars in Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Cranberry Maple Nut, and Extreme Trail Mix, plus a $.50 off coupon all for only $14.99! I personally have tried all three flavors of their line of Gluten Free Granola Bars (they also have an equally yummy looking line of soft & chewy bars that I have unfortunately not tried) and they are really good! They are a combination of Crisp Rice, specialized Corn flakes, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and other yummy fruits and nuts. The great thing about their regular granola bars is they aren't annoyingly sweet like commercial granola bars can be, they are super chewy, and filling-a truly health conscious snack-you feel like you're doing something good for your body!

here's the run down on flavors I've tried:

1. Extreme Trail Mix: And it is extreme, with seemingly a million different fruits & nuts. It includes Raisins, Cranberries, and Apricots as well as Hazelnuts, Brazil Nuts, Almonds, and Pecans.

2. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip: Mild peanut butter flavor with plenty of little yummy chocolate chips.

3. Cranberry Maple Nut: This is my personal favorite, I love the light maple flavor and little bites of cranberry throughout.

Get a load of these price options:

1. you can buy one at a time for only $1.49!! what a deal, I feel online everyone wants you to buy a box..

2. Box of 5-$5.49

3. Sleeve of 12- $13.99

Great deal here people..check it out!
