GFCF Granola part 2~Bakery On Main

Here I am once again to discuss the wonderful selection of granolas from the folks at Bakery On Main. In my first review of Bakery On Main, (check it out here: http://birdandherramblings.blogspot.com/2011/01/bakery-on-mainyour-gfcf-source-for-all.html ) I focused solely on their granola bars, so this time I thought I would showcase their granola (which by the way IS Gluten Free and Casein/Dairy Free :)), which I must say is by far my favorite of their products. There are two types of gluten free granolas that they produce : Gluten Free Granola and Fiber Power Gluten Free Granola. The regular Gluten Free Granola comes in 5 flavors and is made of nuts, dried fruits, seeds, their signature corn flakes and rice crisps..mmmm. I love milk on granola generally so I tried some first plain which was very good and then some with almond milk and whoa! The almond milk was such an enhancement of the already great nutty flavor of the granola so I highly recommend having it that way. They also recommend having it on yogurt which would be a nice option as well.

Gluten Free Granola Flavors:

1. Nutty Cranberry Maple: cranberry and maple are amazing together.

2. Apple Raisin Walnut: sooo my favorite!! apples, raisins, nuts..like healthy apple pie!

3. Cranberry Orange Cashew: cranberry and orange are friends too!

4. Rainforest: a Tropical delight with bananas, coconut, and nuts.

5. Extreme Fruit & Nut: tons of fruity, nutty goodness.

The Fiber Power granola comes in 2 flavors and is made with Gluten Free Oats, seeds, and dried fruits..it is no wimpy granola either. It is a hardcore high fiber version of their granola for the serious health nut.

Gluten Free Fiber Power Granola Flavors:

1. Triple Berry: loaded with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

2. Cinammon Raisin: for those who like it spicy!
